PACo: a novel procrustes application to cophylogenetic analysis

We introduce Procrustean Approach to Cophylogeny (PACo), a new statistical tool for assessing phylogenetic congruence. PACo effectively tests coevolutionary models by evaluating host-parasite tree dependence, outperforming existing methods in power and validation.
