Summary
This case report details a rare intraoral leiomyosarcoma in a young male patient. The smooth muscle tumor, located on the soft palate, was successfully resected with no recurrence observed over two years.

Background:

Observation:
- A 20-year-old male presented with a three-month history of a soft palate mass.
- The tumor was situated on the left side of the soft palate.
Findings:
- The soft palate mass was diagnosed as leiomyosarcoma.
- The tumor was completely removed surgically ('en bloc' resection with mucosa).
Implications:
- This case highlights the possibility of leiomyosarcoma occurring in the soft palate, a less common site.
- Successful surgical management and long-term follow-up are crucial for managing oral leiomyosarcomas.
