Abstract:
Pure leiomyoma of the breast, excluding the retroareolar lesion are rare. We are reporting here the 11th case described in the literature. They all appeared as benign, slow growing lesions without evidence of recurrence after complete surgical excision. The exact etiology still remains to be determined.
