1Cancer Institute, China Medical University, Shenyang.
Abstract:
The author has successfully established an animal model of human laryngeal carcinoma in nude mice by transplantation of human laryngeal carcinoma tissue subcutaneously. The characteristics of original tumor were well retained in the transplanted tumors and the growth of the transplanted tumors was rapid. This nude mice model would be of great value for the basic and clinical studies. Its biological characteristics were analysed preliminarily.
