A rheumatoid nodule in an unusual location: mediastinal lymph node

Rheumatoid arthritis can cause rare mediastinal lymph node nodules. This case highlights the importance of considering rheumatoid nodules in patients with advanced rheumatoid arthritis and mediastinal lymphadenopathy.
