Usability of selected databases for low-resource clinical decision support

Texting-based medical evidence access via txt2MEDLINE is comparable to other tools in low-resource settings. While PubMed PICO and UpToDate showed slight improvements, txt2MEDLINE remains a viable option for texting-only clinical decision support.
