Primary breast lymphoma: a single institution's experience.

Primary breast lymphoma (PBL) is rare, often diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBL). Combined chemotherapy and limited surgery offer positive prognosis in Korean women, with most achieving complete response.

- Eight patients achieved complete response; however, three relapsed, leading to two deaths during a median follow-up of 44 months.

- Combined treatment modalities, including chemotherapy and limited surgical intervention for diagnosis, appear to improve prognosis.
