Summary

Three-dimensional saline-infusion transvaginal sonohysterography is an effective alternative to hysteroscopy for detecting intrauterine lesions in women experiencing perimenopausal bleeding. This imaging technique offers high accuracy in diagnosing conditions within the uterine cavity.
