Soluble CD26 and CD30 levels in patients with common variable immunodeficiency

Summary

Patients with Common Variable Immunodeficiency (CVID) show elevated levels of soluble CD26 (sCD26) and CD30 (sCD30), indicating a T(H)1-polarized immune response. These markers may serve as prognostic tools for CVID disease severity.
