[The state of general and regional hemodynamics in burn disease]
Abstract:
State of general and regional hemodynamics directly depends on the severity of the burn disease and on adequacy of the treatment performed. In conventional treatment of the burn disease, blood flow in the lungs and liver at all the periods of observation is reduced 3-1.5-fold. At a day of patients' discharge from the hospital, the blood flow in the liver is reduced 1.6-fold as compared with the norm, in a lung--3.1-fold.
