Ring-shaped lateral ventricular nodules (RSLVNs) are found in 0.45% of patients on MRI. These nodules show no contrast enhancement and no interval changes, suggesting no clinical significance.

- Accurate differentiation of RSLVNs can prevent unnecessary surgical interventions.
