CK2-NCoR signaling cascade promotes prostate tumorigenesis

Casein kinase 2 (CK2) activity and NCoR phosphorylation are elevated in prostate cancer, driving tumor growth and poor survival. Inhibiting this pathway reduces tumor progression and improves patient outcomes.
