[Congenital hypofibrinogenemia and pregnancy. Apropos of a case]

The authors report a case of congenital hypofibrinogenemia discovered on a tunisian woman. The disease can have effect upon pregnancy in the beginning and causes abortion, and later on causes placental abruption. The authors review the literature.
