[Antithrombotic therapy in correcting hemostatic disorders in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis]
The effect of heparine and streptokinase on the indices of hemostasis and fibrinolysis was studied in 74 patients with different clinical variants of chronic glomerulonephritis. Differences were shown in changes of hemocoagulation and fibrinolytic potentials of the blood depending both on the nature of the employed medicinal agent and on the initial level of blood coagulation and fibrinolysis.
