The apolipoprotein B mRNA editing enzyme catalytic polypeptide-like 3G (APOBEC3G) rs185983011 single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) is predominantly C/C in subjects. This SNP does not appear to be associated with chronic hepatitis B susceptibility.
