Background:

Purpose of the Study:
- To evaluate the efficacy and safety of MF as a maintenance therapy for LN.
- To assess the association between MF's effectiveness and patients' baseline renal function.

- Retrospective analysis of 56 Spanish LN patients on MF maintenance therapy.
- Patients categorized into two groups based on estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) at MF initiation: ≥60 ml/min/1.73 m(2) (Group 1) and <60 ml/min/1.73 m(2) (Group 2).
