Abstract:
The aim of present review of modern publications is characterize the relationship of anxiety with sleep organization. The performance of range of tasks was needed for this aim. In the first, it was necessary to have specified opinions on nature of anxiety, its definitions and ability of it study. In the second, it was necessary to have touched upon the anxious reaction and processes that define level of anxiety. In the third, the necessity of projection of anxiety on mechanisms of wakefulness and sleep has appeared. In the fourth, it was require to have summarized native experimental data and data of other researches to have drawn a deduction about character of anxiety's influence upon development of sleep.
