Rituximab (RTX) effectiveness in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is enhanced by targeting factor H (fH). Inhibiting fH binding to CLL cells boosts RTX-induced complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC), improving treatment strategies.
