Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-associated lymphomas, common in Asia and South America, often affect extranodal sites. While radiotherapy helps extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma (ENKL), chemotherapy resistance is a challenge, though l-asparaginase regimens show promise.
