Abstract:
Home nursing care between technical expertise and domesticity. Home nursing care naturally combines technical expertise and domesticity to meet the requirements of public health care in terms of efficiency and economy as well as those of society. Technical expertise, because this care meets citizens' needs for specialist, formalised and complex outpatient care. Domesticity, because it is in line with a policy of helping patients to maintain their autonomy at home as well as working to improve people's quality of life and protect their health.
