Summary

Occupation-based strategy training, adapted from the Cognitive Orientation to daily Occupational Performance (CO-OP), proved feasible for individuals with chronic traumatic brain injury (TBI). This approach showed promising results for improving real-world behaviors and participation, warranting further investigation in larger trials.
