Summary

Noncontact transscleral Nd:YAG laser cyclocoagulation is a relatively effective treatment for uncontrolled glaucoma. While some patients experienced transient pain and inflammation, the procedure demonstrated good tolerability and efficacy in managing intraocular pressure.
