Summary

Persistent benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) may improve with prolonged, self-assessed temporal bone vibration (TBV). This non-invasive method showed significant positive outcomes for posterior and lateral semicircular canal BPPV, offering an alternative to drug therapies.
