Class II MHC molecules and antigen enter the same vesicles during internalization by resting B lymphocytes

B cells present antigens (Ag) to T cells by internalizing Ag bound to the B cell receptor (Ig). Cell surface class II MHC molecules are cointernalized with Ag, suggesting a mechanism for processed Ag to meet class II.
