Aneurysmal bone cysts (ABC) in the talus are rare. This case study shows successful treatment of a talus ABC using curettage, phenol, and bone grafting, with no recurrence after two years.

- No recurrence of the aneurysmal bone cyst was observed at the 2-year follow-up.
- This surgical approach proved effective for talar ABC management.
Implications:
- Extended intralesional curettage with phenol and bone grafting is a viable treatment for talar ABCs.
- This method offers a potential solution for rare bone tumors in critical foot structures.
- Further research can explore long-term outcomes and alternative treatments for talar ABCs.
