Dynamic texture parameter analysis (DTPA) quantifies changes in multiple sclerosis (MS) lesions over time using dynamic susceptibility contrast enhanced (DSCE) imaging. This novel method differentiates enhancing lesions, non-enhancing lesions, and normal white matter, offering a refined grading of MS pathology.
