Summary

Colostomy prolapse, a common complication of transverse colostomy, can be effectively treated with laparoscopic loop-to-loop fixation and peritoneal tethering. This minimally invasive approach prevented recurrence in a pediatric patient, offering a promising alternative to traditional methods.
