Methomyl poisoning in patients presented with mild cholinergic symptoms and normal or slightly reduced cholinesterase activity. Prompt treatment with decontamination, activated charcoal, and low-dose atropine led to full recovery within 48 hours, indicating methomyl poisoning is generally not severe.
