Delayed Liver Function Impairment Secondary to Interferon β-1a Use in Multiple Sclerosis

Delayed liver function impairment can occur in multiple sclerosis patients treated with interferon beta-1a, even after 5 years. Regular monitoring is crucial, as recovery follows treatment cessation.
