Complement alternative pathway genetic variation and Dengue infection in the Thai population

The study found no link between specific gene variants in the complement system (complotype) and Dengue hemorrhagic fever severity in Thailand. Insufficient statistical power may have limited findings for certain Dengue virus gene variants.
