An Analog Macroscopic Technique for Studying Molecular Hydrodynamic Processes in Dense Gases and Liquids

We developed a new theory for microscopic heat engines based on quantum Brownian motion. This formalism accurately predicts engine performance and reveals how dissipation and finite operation times affect efficiency.
