Cerebral amyloid angiopathy related-inflammation (CAA-ri) involves immune responses to amyloid-β. This case study shows ARIA-E and ARIA-H in an APOE 3/3 individual with AβPP duplication, suggesting spontaneous CAA-ri resolution without genetic risk factors.
