Abstract:
Long-term clinical experience and follow-up of 213 patients with the acute and chronic sinusitis resulted in the model of diagnosis and treatment. This model is based on detailed evaluation of lesions to the mucous membrane and the degree of naso-frontal channel capacity. Designed method enables local treatment and complete recovery of the majority of patients.
