[Chronic prostatis and sexual disorders in elderly men]

A study of 73 patients over 59 years of age with chronic prostatitis and copulative dysfunction revealed that these disorders are characterized by prolonged asymptomatic course of chronic prostatitis, complex structure of sexual pathology with prevailing disturbance of adequate erection, ejaculation and orgasm. Androgenous saturation, constitutional weakness of sexual function, somatic pathological conditions are of major significance in the development of sexual disorders in this category of patients.
