Detection of dengue viruses using reverse transcription-loop-mediated isothermal amplification

A new reverse transcription-loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP) assay offers sensitive and rapid detection of dengue virus (DENV). Combining RT-LAMP with serological tests significantly improves acute dengue infection diagnosis, especially in resource-limited settings.
