Altered EEG lagged coherence during rest in obsessive-compulsive disorder

- Results highlight altered neuronal communication within frontal brain regions during rest in individuals with OCD.
- These connectivity findings may serve as potential biomarkers for identifying physiologically homogeneous subgroups within OCD, warranting further investigation.
