Summary

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) promote rat bladder regeneration by enhancing anti-inflammatory cytokines and matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) expression. Cell-seeded grafts successfully mimicked native tissue, indicating potential for regenerative medicine.
