Hawaii and the AIDS epidemic

Hawaii has enacted legislation pertaining to the AIDS epidemic. This legislation pertains to such areas as HIV testing, informed consent for testing, confidentiality of HIV-related data, quality assurance standards for HIV testing, and requirements pertaining to insurance availability.
