[Tuberculosis of the throat]

Abstract:
The study included 8 patients with tuberculosis of larynx, in whom the diagnosis was made by an otolaryngologist. The disease was commonly attended by hoarseness. The diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis was established by clinical observations in all the patients. But, based on the results of indirect microlaryngoscopy and pathohistologic examination, all the patients were found to have tuberculosis of larynx. They were admitted to special hospitals for adequate treatment of tuberculosis.
