Summary

Processed nerve allografts are a safe and effective option for digital nerve repair in gaps up to 30 mm. This study shows good to excellent outcomes in 83% of patients, with no adverse graft reactions observed.

Regenerative Peripheral Nerve Interface: Surgical Protocol for a Randomized Controlled Trial in Postamputation Pain
