    Background:

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate immune markers in women across different pregnancy stages and conditions.
    • To determine if lymphocytotoxic tests, leucoagglutinins, or thrombocytic antibodies differ significantly.

    Main Methods:

    • Analysis of 205 women, including nonpregnant, pregnant, parturient, abortion, prolonged pregnancy, and pre-eclampsia groups.
    • Assessment of lymphocytotoxic test positivity, leucoagglutinins, and thrombocytic antibodies.
    • Evaluation of Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) antibodies.

    Main Results:

    • No statistically significant differences were observed in lymphocytotoxic tests, leucoagglutinins, or thrombocytic antibodies across the studied groups.

    • Further investigation into low-titre HLA antibodies in pre-eclampsia may be warranted.
