Summary

Elevating bilateral nasoseptal flaps during endoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal surgery (EETSA) offers excellent skull base defect reconstruction and coverage. This technique effectively manages cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks and sinus mucosa loss, minimizing septal defects.
