Summary

TomoDirect enables craniospinal irradiation (CSI) delivery with potential benefits over helical Tomotherapy, including reduced normal tissue dose. While not superior to 3D CRT, it offers improved patient positioning and efficiency.

    • TomoDirect presents potential advantages in normal tissue sparing and treatment efficiency.
    • Further investigation into planning parameters for TomoDirect CSI is warranted.
