[Hypercalcemia mimicking acute coronary syndrome]

Summary
Severe hypercalcemia can mimic heart attacks, causing chest pain and EKG changes. This study highlights two cases where high calcium levels led to ST-T segment abnormalities, crucial for accurate diagnosis.
