A pilot study assessing the effect of bronchodilator on dynamic hyperinflation in LAM

Bronchodilators did not improve exercise tolerance or reduce dynamic hyperinflation in lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) patients, despite some showing spirometry improvement. This study highlights the limited benefit of bronchodilators for exercise outcomes in LAM.
