Early auditory change detection implicitly facilitated by ignored concurrent visual change during a Braille reading

Humans can unconsciously detect changes in their environment. This study shows that multisensory changes, particularly in vision, can enhance auditory change detection even when attention is diverted, suggesting cross-sensory implicit learning.
