  • Extensive investigations confirmed the diagnosis of hypereosinophilic syndrome.
  • The patient's complex presentation was fully explained by HES.

Implications:

  • This case underscores the importance of considering HES in patients with unexplained eosinophilia and multi-organ involvement.
  • High-dose corticosteroid therapy demonstrated efficacy in managing severe HES manifestations, leading to complete symptom resolution.
