Hepatic xanthoma associated with pasireotide administration: a first case report

Summary

This is the first reported case of hepatic xanthoma caused by the drug pasireotide. The liver lesion significantly decreased in size after discontinuing the medication, suggesting pasireotide as the likely cause.
