Multi-nutrient supplement improves hormone ratio associated with cancer risk

A multi-nutrient supplement significantly increased the 2-hydroxyestrone (2-HE) to 16alpha-hydroxyestrone (16alpha-HE) ratio in middle-aged women. This finding suggests phytonutrients may positively influence estrogen metabolism and warrants further research.
