[Electron microscopic study of striate keratosis palmoplantaris (Wachters type)]

We report on a patient suffering from striate palmoplantar keratoderma (Wachters' type). Ultrastructural findings are presented for the first time. There was orthohyperkeratosus without alterations indicating a specific disturbance of keratinisation.
